Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) is attracting only tepid interest in plans for its latest multibillion-dollar debt sale, banking sources told the Reuters news agency. This suggests the kingdom may be losing its appeal for some lenders. In order to cultivate business in Saudi Arabia, some international banks have flocked to join the Saudi effort to reduce its reliance on oil.
